Common questions

Is this a medical assessment?

No. MindTrail records what you see at home and shows how it changes over time. It cannot identify or rule out any condition. Take the trend and the PDF to your vet.

Do I need an account?

No. The app keeps your records under a random identifier made on your phone.

How do I remove a dog and its history?

On the list of dogs, press and hold the dog, then choose Remove. Its history is deleted from our server.

How do I share the history with my vet?

Open the dog, go to Trend, and tap the share button at the top. The PDF is made on your phone.

Can I change light or dark mode?

Yes: Settings › Appearance.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone.
