MindTrail

Terms of use

Last updated 25 September 2026

These terms cover your use of the MindTrail app. By using it you agree to them.

What MindTrail is

MindTrail is a behaviour check-in and a programme of enrichment activities for older dogs. It is not a medical assessment and it is not veterinary advice. It cannot identify or rule out any condition. Only a veterinarian can do that. If your dog seems unwell, in pain, or changes suddenly, contact a vet.

The activities

Every lesson follows a published expert source, which the app names. You know your dog best. Go at your dog’s pace, stop if your dog seems uncomfortable or distressed, and check with your vet before starting anything physical with a dog who has a health problem.

Subscriptions

Apple’s standard terms

Your use of the app is also covered by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Fair use

Please use MindTrail for its purpose. Do not try to disrupt the service, get at other people’s records, or copy the app or its content to offer elsewhere.

The service

We work to keep MindTrail running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Lessons and wording may be updated as better sources come along.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, MindTrail is provided as it is, and we are not liable for decisions made about a dog’s care on the basis of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
